EDUCATORS OF COLOR LEADERSHIP COMMUNITY: 2022-2023 SCHEDULE

*ECLC is being planned for 2 in-person  (first and last meetings) and 2 virtual attendance via Zoom.

In general, there will be a large group session for all participants, time planned for affinity groups by racial/ethnic identity and affinity groups by role (eg, new teachers, administrators, SPED teachers, etc). 

We recommend prioritizing ECLC as important professional learning—which it is! Get a sub to ensure your classes are covered. We know you are committed to your students, and we hope that commitment includes taking time to connect with others and restore your well-being in the ECLC community. 

Supervisors, please support your ECLC participant to engage fully in the experience. 

ECLC 2022-23 schedule: 

Orientation (Virtual. For new participants and their principal/supervisor):

Choose ONE session to attend: 

• October 18 2022 | Tuesday 3-4 pm
• October 20 2022 | Thursday 3-4 pm
• October 24 2022 | Monday 3-4 pm
• October 27 2022 | Thursday 3-4 pm

ECLC REGIONAL SESSIONS AND AFFINITY GROUPS: 

Attend as you have time/interest.

• Session 1:  11/2/22 (North & East side schools) and 11/16/22 (South & West side schools)
• Session 2: 1/11/23
• Session 3: 3/1/23
• Session 4: 6/7/23
