EDUCATORS OF COLOR LEADERSHIP COMMUNITY: 2025-2026 SCHEDULE

ECLC is professional learning! You can potentially earn Equity Clock hours through your attendance in ECLC this year.

In ECLC, you will learn about and participate in the key drivers of Educator of color retention and thriving:

A supportive community of antiracist colleagues
Professional learning that builds your praxis as a social justice-oriented educator
Culturally sustaining frameworks that help Educators of Color teach in ways that are culturally sustaining to themselves AND their students
Opportunities to exercise and elevate your own leadership
Strategies to cultivate strong relationships with antiracist supervisors and principals, mentors and colleagues in your own context

Supervisors, please support your ECLC participant to engage fully in the experience by:

Committing to your own professional growth in supporting educators of color (see opportunities for Antiracist Leadership Development and Teach 4 Liberation program)
Opportunity to attend a supervisor orientation
Meet with your ECLC participants regularly and support your educator of color in attending ECLC
